Delivery & Returns

Our final day for second class Christmas delivery is the 18th December. For first class parcels our final postage date is the 20th December (12pm). All orders eligible for free postage will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class (up to 2kg) or ParcelForce24 (>2kg) from the 18th December until the 22nd December. Please note that we always do our best to ensure parcels arrive before Christmas at this time of year, but once they are with Royal Mail, there may be delays which are out of our hands.

Delivery to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) is a flat rate of £3.75 per order for Royal Mail second class. We have added a first class option for £5.00, or free for orders over £35 (choose the ‘Free Delivery’ option in your basket). Please contact us for postal charges to the Highlands and Islands. We currently only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please allow 5-7 working days for second class delivery or 1-2 days for first class delivery.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not, orders placed online may be cancelled or returned within 14 working days of placement or receipt. Filberts Bees Ltd will refund the costs of the goods and of the outward postage of the goods to you when you placed the order. You will be liable for paying the cost of the return postage to Filberts Bees Ltd.
